Upon inspection if he/she finds any product or installation deficiency, the roof will be removed at a time agreed upon by the owner and Schulte Roofing, Inc. and the refund check will be written at that time. Schulte Roofing, Inc. will “dry-in” roof upon removal and shall carry no guarantee on such roof from that time forward. Any fee associated with this inspection shall be the responsibility of Schulte Roofing, Inc.
