We’ll be your eyes when it comes to finding the seemingly invisible signals of water damage before they invade your home or property.

1. Annual 17 point roof inspection and analysis
2. Annual gutter cleaning up to 150ft
3. Reduced diagnostic fee of $19.95 for repair calls
4. 10% discount on repairs
5. Guaranteed appointments within 24 hours
6. Annual roof debris removal up to 100sf
7. Up to 2 skylights cleaned
8. PRIORITY STATUS in the event of a major storm. Whether it’s reroofing your home or just tarping and securing it temporarily....you move to the head of the line!
We manufacture in house or on-site standing seam metal roofing with our portable roll former and custom make all your trims on a state of the art folding machine. We also make roof vents, gable vents, chimney caps, cupolas, and more! If you’re a do it yourself person we’ll even sell you the materials!

Standard Shingle Leak Repair – Consists of sealing roof jacks, vents, shingle tabs, keyways, nails, minor step flashing, sealing of skylights, minor shingle replacement.

Standard Flat Roof Leak Repair – Consist of determining problem, mapping of area, and materials to service problem up to 50sf of roof. Clean up and debris removal of repair area.
