Recently, Schulte Roofing contracted to construct a new roof on the Brazos Valley Dental
Implant Center, 1505 Emerald Plaza, College Station, Texas. I am a building consultant hired
by the doctors (owners) to find the problems and solve them.
Background
The newly constructed center was completed in September, 2008 prior to Hurricane Ike
striking the community with heavy wind and rains. The original roof leaked severely and
damage was done to the entire building. The cause of the leaks proved to be the fault of
workmanship on the TPO flat roof, standing seam metal roof and sheet metal fascia done
by the original roof and sheet metal contractor.
Schulte examined the condition of the original parapet flat roof & fascia and recommended a
new roof be installed over the existing TPO roof ply, including parapet walls and replace all
the sheet metal fascia.
The job was done on a timely basis with good supervision. We had a 4 Yz inch rain last week
in the Bryan and College Station and the new roof did not leak.
I recommend Schulte Roofing on any Residential or Commercial roof project that I may have
in the future.

I'm writing this note to brag on the way your people conduct their business
for you.
Salesman Aaron Crawford kept me informed from the initial meeting all the
way through weather delays and "other" reasons, which were at a minimum.
Your Beto installation crew arrived at the house around 8:15 A.M. and
began to unload their equipment. Minimal chatter and "messing" around ...
.... pure business. Bottom line, around 4:14 P.M., the roof (1 very steep
roofed House and 2 small "out houses") were roofed, the area was cleaned
up, and they were driving down the drive way going home.
You must give these folks "major kudos" SUCH A CREW! !! .
.. from start to finish.
