Commercial Flat & Low Slope Roofs
Commercial flat and low slope roofs start with a single layer but can also create additional usable space for outdoor retail, entertainment, and hospitality businesses. They can also provide energy efficiency and environmentally friendly opportunities for your building with solar, green, and water collection options.
Commercial FLat & Low Slope Roof Types
We build flat and low slope roof assemblies up in layers that add increasing protection, creating a longer-lasting, more durable roof. These low-maintenance roofs come in single-ply, double-ply, and triple-ply options that are gently sloped to channel water into proper drainage and away from the building.
Asphalt-composite base roof assemblies with 3 or more plies that absorb heat and drain water effectively.
An older double-ply torch-down roof assembly that is more durable for foot traffic. Modified bitumen systems are commonly updated to peel-and-stick systems.
Mechanically attached or fully adhered, single-ply white membranes with a thickness of 45,60,80 mil. Popular options include fleece-back membranes and low-rise foam adhesives.
A single-ply membrane with heat-welded seams that adds puncture and heat resistance. PVC comes in a variety of colors and is resistant to bacterial, animals, and plants.
An older, less-common fully attached roof assembly that comes in single-ply sheets with fewer seams than PVC or TPO roof assemblies.
Channel water away from a roof surface with elevated pavers that create functional and attractive roof spaces.
Create convenient and safe access to the roof from the interior of the building. Move large pieces of materials and equipment to the roof with one-hand operation.
Metal Wall Panels
Protect building exteriors with metal walls guaranteed to last for 20 years. Choose from a wide selection of colors and designs that include striation, vents, and perforation options.
Metal Soffit Panels
Extend the life of your roof frame and maintain a healthy airflow for your building with soffit panels. Prevent mold, rot, and moisture build-up while keeping energy costs low year-round.
Add power generation to your roof’s performance, reducing your footprint and utility bills.
Reduce cooling & heating costs while integrating the building into the surrounding environment by introducing plant life to your roofing assembly.
