Residential Roof Warranty

True peace of mind comes with a manufacturer warranty, an installation & workmanship warranty, and an industry-leading guarantee that covers the gaps between.

Roof Warranty

Gain peace of mind knowing that your new roof has a warranty that will protect your financial future. Replacing a damaged roof is not a cheap home repair. Depending on the size, pitch and materials used, replacing a roof can soar well into the five-figures. Ensure your newly installed roof has a superior warranty. At Schulte Roofing®, we install high-performing, quality roofs and provide workmanship warranties, material warranties and extended material warranties for your protection.

Materials Warranty

Not only do we offer workmanship warranties—we also partner with manufacturers who warranty the materials used in the construction of your roof. A material or manufacturer warranty offers protection in the event that materials are defective.

Workmanship Warranty

At Schulte Roofing®, we stand behind our work, setting us apart from our competition. In addition to manufacturer warranties, covering product defects, we offer workmanship warranties, safeguarding your roof from any installation errors.

Workmanship and installation is a major component of new roofing. Without guaranteed professional installation, even the best roofing system can fail. This is why it is important for homeowners to choose a roofing company that offers both a material and workmanship warranty—Schulte Roofing® offers both. If you would like an additional level of assurance our BulletProof Roof Guarantee® is for you.

Expert Advice

Roof Warranty FAQs

What is the difference between a manufacturer warranty and roofer warranty?

A manufacturer warranty only covers the roofing materials and components used in each roofing project. A roofer warranty on the other hand, usually covers the labor of the roof installation.

Will using different materials void my warranty?

Yes. In most cases manufacturers will void or fail to honor material warranty claims when a roofing system is not built with the exact components outlined by the manufacturer.

What happens if my manufacturer says my warranty claim is not covered due to installation?

You must contact your roofer to honor the warranty claim. If the claim covers damaged materials due to poor installation, you must also resolve additional material issues with them as well.
